Tailor was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The repair was done right and within a reasonable amount of time. He also arranged for a repair on a door ding which was great. Everyone was friendly and professional. I chose Gillman body shop because I bought my Ridgeline at the dealership there. Overall very satisfied.

Chris Iwuh was wonderful and very helpful. He answered all my concerns, fixed whatever issues arose. Kept in constant communication with me throughout the repair of my son’s vehicle.
