I’ve been dealing with this shop for years after being referred by my insurance company, and I’ve always had great experiences. They’ve been my go-to whenever I’ve needed body work on my vehicles. Unfortunately, this time was very different. First, I received a last-minute call telling me my car was ready and felt pressured to come pick it up immediately. Then, as soon as I drove off the lot, my tire pressure warning light came on, so I had to return to the shop. About an hour later, I noticed a piece hanging and dragging underneath my car, which required another trip back. To make matters worse, I discovered that my laundry detergent was missing from my trunk. I’ve always trusted this shop, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I expected much better attention to detail and customer service.

I felt rushed to pick up my vehicle after receiving a last-minute call telling me to come immediately. After leaving the shop, I had to return twice—first because my tire pressure light came on, and then because a piece was hanging and dragging underneath my car. On top of that, I discovered my laundry detergent was missing from my trunk. I expected better communication, a thorough quality check before releasing my vehicle, and more care for my personal belongings. This experience did not reflect the level of customer service I’ve received from this shop in the past.

Was told 1 week but plan for 2 because things happen. Did not get car back for 6 weeks. The only updates I got were when I called on the “ready by” and was told the new “ready by” date. At one point I was told by Giovanni to call and make an appointment with Tesla. Giovanni never brought the car to the Tesla appointment and I only found out when Tesla did not get the car. Giovanni told me Tesla would have taken 3 days. Tesla told me one day. Unsatisfactory.
