Aside from the lack of certainty about a completion date and a small fix after completion, I was pleased with the quality of of the work done. Having to submit my car for repairs after it was struck by an e-bike was nerve-wracking, but the folks at Giovanni's were very kind and patient throughout the process. Also, I appreciated the cleaning up afterwards and how tidily my stray belongings were boxed up for me.
