My passenger side seat was moved to be cleaned and I went to put car seat back in car and seat would not. Move back needs to be fixed it was not like that before it was brought in

Doreen provided excellent communication and follow up between the insurance , rental agency and myself. Any issues or concerns were addressed and resolved with the company! Excellent customer service. Erica did an abazinf job in ny car detailing and what a wonderful device to ga was part of the repair. I will recommend them anytime.

No need to contact me for followup. The total out of pocket expense for me ended up being over $300 more than the original quote and no one ever called to let me know ahead of time. If I had been paying in cash there would've been a big problem. Also, I had been told it was a 2 day job and it ended up being a 5 day job and again, no one ever called to let me know what was going on. The actual work is excellent but Giovanni's really needs to work on their communication with customers.
