I was surprised that your crew had cleaned the inside and outside of my CVR. I appreciated that everything that would be done was explained before in going over the bid with me. It was well worth the wait to have GCC do the job. Something very minor: the color of my CVR on the final sheet was listed as blue instead of silver.
