Global Collision completed the repair job on my electric Volvo to my full satisfaction. In a very professional manner all four side airbags and the seatbelts were repaired and got them certified by the Volvo dealer. Additionally the installation and painting of the rear gate was done to my satisfaction.

Factory service Certifications are important for me, and may be to my friends or colleagues. That said, I received better service, much faster completion, and comparable quality (so far as I can tell) from Calibur Collision on another vehicle a few years ago. If I had to choose a shop and wasn’t committed to using a Volvo-certified shop, I would choose Calibur next time.

One repainted section is not a perfect color match (I understand it’s difficult to match colors, but this is the reason for an 8 instead of a 10).

I called requesting updates at least 5 times. Not once did I receive the call back I was always promised. I always had to call back and hope I’d catch my point of contact. Getting information and updates was very difficult. This did not instill a sense of confidence.
