I haven’t gotten much feedback from Mike. I was told the care was finished on his end, but when it was brought to Infiniti, there was extensive damage that Mile failed to mention and bring to my attention. It’s almost as if the vehicle was going to be returned without it being fully repaired. It’s been 7 months and counting. Neither the shop nor my insurance is taking blame for the extended duration of the repairs

The repair to my vehicle impeccable. The staff was friendly, professional and polite. When ever I called, my questions were answered but I would have appreciated a weekly update via text. Also to better serve your clients when sending an email, a phone call or text would help to notify of pending task to proceed with the repair. Initially i was told the repair would be 3-4 weeks but to no surprise to me it was actually 2 months! My experience at Global Collision was great and I would return to them if I ever needed a repair. Thanks to Zach for answering ALL my questions.

Repair was good. Communication is poor. From a customer service perspective it was somewhat of a disappointing experience. I have left no other reviews, but I cannot imagine coming back to Global. I'm not bitter, again repair looks good and price was fair.

I had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable body shop. The only odd thing was that the bathroom in the lobby didn’t seem to have a lock on the door, which was a bit unusual.

Erik and his team went above and beyond to get my car fixed—and fixed right. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring the gaps were aligned perfectly and the car was reassembled with care. When they were finished, it looked almost like a brand-new car!

My friends noticed and commented on how it looks like a blk orange. It does quite match the original side. I also wanted a redo of the bumper and it was not touched. The service people are polite but the job was lacking im going to have to go get it painted somewhere else
