I thought my experience from Monroes Body Shop was bad when I had work done in the past. But I should’ve known better, because yall had a Hyundai of mine for 3 months just to tell me they finally hot it in a rack and the car is totaled.

I dropped my vehicle off in November of 2025 and I didn’t get it back until the middle of February in 2026. After looking it over after I had gotten it home I found a few things undone. 1- back door was replaced with a cheap foreign part and then it was even appropriately seam sealed like the factory does. 2- the frame was raked in several places from the work they and the under coating was not reapplied to make sure it maintained proper rust protection. 3- the back door and front door body lines do not match. 4- the service department made a repair and left the weather boots in the door jam undone. By this point in time, I have a great suspicion that my 2024 Silverado 2500 with a full factory warranty was not put back to a factory standard.

Originally I rated this just under perfect but after thinking about it more my problems came from elsewhere. These guys did the work right and pretty fast considering the timeline they were given. They work with you and get things done. I appreciate the service.
