I had a great experience! Everyone was so nice and helpful and always kept me informed of how the progress was going with my vehicle. You all even put fuel in my car when I forgot my wallet can’t ask for anything better than that.!

I didn’t find out that it might not be ready by Friday (the agreed upon date) until Thursday sand then not until Friday (via website only) that it would be Monday, then after more “maybes” picking it up after closing Monday night. I guess you need Honda calibration equipment.

I appreciate JD’s efforts to connect with the third party insurer to try and move the process along. The finished product looks great and I’m especially happy they were able to help last minute with a cosmetic item that wasn’t on them to fix. They buffed out an old scratch in a different location than the repair, and I’m very happy with how it looks now.
