Everything about the experience was absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond in every category. The process up until the finished product is 100% and I will always come here for my auto body needs. The staff are respectful, helpful and very informative. I've been to other shops in the past where the process was not so smooth but from the first time I ever came to Golden gate Auto body I've never had to think twice or question anything. I am absolutely satisfied with the service I received from this body shop. I was in contact with Minh who keep me updated, followed up with insurance and really made sure I was taken care of. He even stayed open a few extra minutes in consideration of me leaving work late, so that I can retrieve my car. A 10/10 would highly recommend, likely my go to body shop should I need anything else.
