I recieved my vehicle back 4 days after I was supposed to, unfinished. It cost me $2200 a day that I did not have my work truck. After getting my truck back it still has dents in the bed rail that were not repaired, i do not have the time nor the extra money to leave my truck with golden nugget again to repair this. Also the lack of communication was disturbing had they called me an let me know it was going to be that late I could have let my customers know I would be unavailable for work. Even after calling and asking when my vehicle was to be done I did not receive a call back. I have brought my vehicles there every time I have ever had an accident (2 times) before this and have never had an issue. I can tell you I was so irate at the way this was handled from start to finish I will not be brining my vehicle back. I did talk with Jackie and she did appologize for what that is worth. I hope I am just an anomaly in this case as I would hope that a local business like yours can not stay in business handeling them selves this way, I have always recommended gnbp and can no longer do so. Thanks for taking the time to listen.
