My experience with everyone I worked with was pleasant. My only problem is that my vehicle sat for a week without anything being done? I called on a Thursday and asked if my vehicle would be ready by Friday. He said no, he thought he could get my vehicle into the painting shop on the next Monday or Tuesday. I said that was okay but I would have to rent a car for the family vacation we had planned. He said no problem, when the vehicle is done he would put it inside at night until I get back from the trip. So, on the the following Friday on our way home I called and asked him when I could come in and pick it up. He told me that he thought he could get the vehicle into the painting shop by the next Monday or Tuesday??? The exact same thing he said one week before.
