Rachelle was so great to deal with as was every other professional at Good Times. They insured everything was taken care of between the insurance company and the rental car company and communicated everything that they were doing as we went along. They made the process painless as possible and actually finished early, which is unheard of these days. They were also very thorough. They caught something at the end that might've been missed by another shop. I was very impressed.

Rachelle was my liaison and she took very good care of me. Even when I came just to get an estimate, she took the paint off the side of the vehicle so that it would look nicer while I waited to get my repair done.
