Only reason for a 9 was it had to go back a second time for repaint… Rochelle the adjuster is absolutely amazing to work with! Always kept me updated and made sure everything was taken care of! Rochelle gets 10 plus.. thank you for the great service Rochelle..

The bumper of my car looked great after it was repaired. The crew cleaning my car and sweeping the carpets was a great touch. The communication was superb and I felt taken care of through the whole process.

Would have been a 10 if updates were provided to us throughout the process. We didn’t receive anything till the day it was done and ready to be picked up and it was at the shop for two months. There was also tacky white paint material on the inside of the exterior door handle and the interior door handle that we had to clean off. Body work looked great though and everyone was very nice to work with.

Would have been a 10 but when we called for an update the first time the lady that answered tried to tell us our vehicle wasn’t even at the shop. We had to talk to the owner just to confirm that it was there.

Communication on progress of repair was phenomenal. Our repairs were done during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Only two day later than estimate for completion. That in itself is incredible. The quality of repairs is outstanding. You would never know looking at our car that is was hit by a deer. It drives just like the day before the accident.
