Communication is a big thing for me, especially on an expensive repair. It wasnt there at this shop. Zach was very helpful when it came to getting my rental car situation figured out. With anything else, like getting the estimate, there was no reaching out to me telling me what it was and if it was okay to order parts. My car in the end looks great, drives good, but my beginning impression was not great with the shop.

Wouldn't check with insurance about an issue brought to their attention because Zach didn't think insurance would cover it. Poor communication, desk guy not helpful.
