Graham Collision Center is an integral part of Graham Automotive which was incorporated in 1961. Our mission is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customer's vehicles. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process which includes phone calls, text messaging and email messaging depending on personal preference. Here at Graham Collision, we have a team of certified professionals recognized by Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo. We are the only collision center certified for warranty purposes to work on these brands in the region. We are also an I-Car Gold shop with I-Car Platinum individuals who are certified to work on all makes and models. It took three months to fix roover. No communication from dan. I would not recommend and will tell people go somewhere else. I wish I would have choose my first choice. The totally length of time to fix car was unacceptable. The car was unavailable to us for nearly three months. Fortunately, we have the fiscal means to get by without the car. Others may not. Could have been a complete hardship.
