Graham Collision Center is an integral part of Graham Automotive which was incorporated in 1961. Our mission is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customer's vehicles. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process which includes phone calls, text messaging and email messaging depending on personal preference. Here at Graham Collision, we have a team of certified professionals recognized by Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo. We are the only collision center certified for warranty purposes to work on these brands in the region. We are also an I-Car Gold shop with I-Car Platinum individuals who are certified to work on all makes and models. Our team is committed to delivering superior quality and service to all of our customers. Logan is the best. Very profession and patient with all my calls. A lot of them. And when I had a problem on my end he worked his magic and had my truck finished in 3 business days instead of 7. This guy and his crew deserve a pizza party haha

We are happy with the quality of repair but were disappointed with how long the work took. Even allowing for delays due to insurance issues, it still took several weeks for the work to be done and the date they gave us was pushed back several times.
