Graham Collision Center is an integral part of Graham Automotive which was incorporated in 1961. Our mission is to provide high quality repairs to all of our customer's vehicles. We provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process which includes phone calls, text messaging and email messaging depending on personal preference. Here at Graham Collision, we have a team of certified professionals recognized by Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo. We are the only collision center certified for warranty purposes to work on these brands in the region. We are also an I-Car Gold shop with I-Car Platinum individuals who are certified to work on all makes and models. Overall, it was a good experience. The amount of time it took to get in for the repair wasn't trivial - almost a month. That was driven primarily by Graham's limited availability of loaners, so I understand that delay. The only other item of concern was that I wasn't necessarily clear when the vehicle would be ready and the repair took approximately 9 business days. A little clearer communication about when the repair can/will be done would be helpful.

The vehicle that was loaned to be sustained a rock chip to the windshield. I have insurance and that repair should have been added to the final bill to my insurance. Logan was threatening to me when he said “you will pay $2000.00 in cash for this”. I have turned this issue in to my insurance agent and he will be dealing with this problem.
