I have never had to go through this process before as a vehicle owner but Graham Collision made it so smooth and painless. Brannon was very helpful and the updates about my repair made me feel kept in the loop. My car looks fantastic and they even cleaned the interior for me upon completion. I don't want to get into a car accident again but if I do I'm gonna go to Graham!

I have never had to have my vehicle repaired after an accident so this was a first time experience but Graham was extremely helpful. They made everything cut and dry and kept me in the loop the entire time. I don't want to get into an accident again but if I do, I will be keeping them in mind.

Besides the panels not laying flat, there were two chips in the paint that I don't think were there when we dropped it off and if they were, they were damage from the wreck, so should have been taken care of. We bought paint to touch up ourselves because it was chipped through to bare metal.
