I go by [Kevin E ] not (Kevin ). I was disappointed that all the parts were not replaced and that we have to bring the car back in. Payment policy should be explained when we brought the car in. I could have avoided the credit card service charge and paid with cash had I been forewarned. I do not normally carry $500 cash in my pocket. KE
