This is the first time I’ve used this collision company since it was purchased from the previous owner, Jerry Hawken. From the first visit when Trent J. estimated the damage, dealing with the insurance company of the person who hit my vehicle, scheduling the time for my repair, and the actual completion of the collision work, has been a worry-free experience for me. The actual repair work, which is the most important part, was perfect. I couldn’t find any flaws in the assembly and painting of my vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate in using the Grand Collision facility. Believe me, I’m not an easy person to satisfy.
