We were overwhelmed with the wonderful experience and the greatest of customer satisfaction anyone could have. Greenfield and especially Brandon Kridler was the best. Brandon kept us updated until we picked up our vehicle. I recommended Greenfield to one of my coworkers who needed a good collision shop. Our car looked like a new one. The repair was excellent. I rate the experience as exceptional and although I hope to never need to services of a collision center again, I will definitely return to Greenfield and I will absolutely refer them to others.

Unfortunately I have needed to services of a few collision centers in the past. None of those experiences were bad however Greenfield was nothing short of exceptional. They kept me in the loop at all times, thoroughly explained the damage as well as the process involved to repair, and they delivered my truck on time. My truck was thoroughly cleaned on the exterior and interior.

Brandon was awesome. He made the whole process much more enjoyable than it could have been. I appreciated the updates and the reassurance in the process. This was my first time dealing with a car wreck and he made the process easy. Hopefully I never have to return for new work to be done, but if I have a choice I will be using Greenfield's again.
