Never using them again for car repair. Very dissatisfied with the whole process. It’s upsetting cause the dents was removed from car, but all the other issues takes away from the work that they did. They are dishonest people.

They repaired the dents in my car just fine, but they damage my windshield and lied about it trying to say my windshield was already cracked an it wasn’t when I dropped my car off.

They had my car way longer then they first stated it would only take two weeks, that turned into a month. I had to call them to get updates, they was not calling me to keep me informed on what was going on. The customer service was terrible after I informed of how bad the customer service was it still did not get better.

I wish I had a more accurate time when my car was going to be finished. I called and was told a day and made arrangements to leave work and the car wasn't done

Jerry Thomas who works there called my finance company and told them my car had been abandoned and that not one time was he able to get in contact with me WHICH WAS A LIe..he did that just so they could repose my car and go ahead and pay the deductible amount during all that Esurance had no idea that he had did this after already receiving there part of the payment..
