I was cut short by the lady at the service window , in the middle of my sentence , she turned to another lady and asked " can I help you?", I then told her that I am still talking to you, she said "oh, I'm sorry", but that was inexcusable, she was very rude, and I don't think she like black people. I was told all week, that there was no car unavailable for me to use, so I rented a car for 4 days, but my car was not completed when stated for Thurs or Fri, so i had to rent a car for 3 more days because I was told it would be done on Monday, but it was not, so I rented another day, but my car was not done on Tues either, by that time I was out of $700 on rental, I called and told service that I couldn't afford another, because I was broke, the lady Stacy or Tracy said they have a car for me to use, I said , great, and thank you. When I came to your shop to drop off my rental, and pick up the loaner, I was disgusted, the blue impala was so dirty inside , dog hair was everywhere, but I was in a bind, and felt mistreated, since they had me sign a paper stating that Greenwood is loaning me a new car, with no smoking , or pets allowed, I rode down the street with dog hair blowing all around, I would caution others against this shop..
