The seatbelt in my back seat was cut and the car seat it was holding was stolen. So were my sunglasses. Sadly, neither the tow company or body shop took responsibility, but each blaming the other. I recommend you require tow companies you use to photograph entire car inside and out at pick and body shops at delivery to help determine who is responsible for such occurrences. Very frustrated...
