Was told it would take 9 days to repair my truck. They had it 43 days. I called them 3 different times every couple weeks and every time I was it would be another 3-4 days. Never an explanation or apology, even after I mentioned the money I was spending renting a car. The first time I called it had already been 14 days and the man on the phone acted like they'd just started on it.
