My truck does not drive as it did before the accident ! St albans shop replaced rack opinion and we’re rude to me and lied about the work performed ! At The Hurricane shop Ron was very professional and helpful however I had to take back the truck for body work and I will need to take it back again because the driver light molding does not come together as it should ! Bad experience overall with the work performed . Although Ron was excellent !!

The cosmetic repairs were fine, but the initial wheel repairs were not satisfactory.

My car was not fixed correctly the first time and it was not promptly addressed when I called about it. I had to drop my car off for two more days, which I did not have a rental car to cover.

Not happy with it at all it was not a the paint doesn't match there is a run in the paint on my bumper and over spray on my headlight the hood wasn't lined up right the didn't tighten the bolts when they done my alignment
