A car accident. Police. Heavy rain. Vacation. More than 500 miles from home. It definitely wasn’t how we imagined our trip would go. But the team at Gregg Orr turned a very stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience. A special thank you to Jules Bland, our Service Advisor, for handling everything with outstanding professionalism. She kept us informed every step of the way, responded quickly to every question, gave us great advice, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Our vehicle was even ready ahead of schedule, which was a wonderful surprise. I’d also like to thank Dwayne for the excellent body repair work. The quality was outstanding, everything was completed quickly, and the car looked fantastic when we picked it up.
