Greg's Auto Body is family owned and operated. We have the experience and expertise of over 50 years in the auto collision repair industry. Our business was started in 1970 by Greg Gunter, who still owns the collision shops. Greg's reputation for quality and service has resulted in strong relationships with customer's insurance companies. In fact, we have been selected by Automobile Club of Southern California to serve as a Member Preferred Repairs (MPR) facility, and are recognzed as "Top Shops." We are also recognized by several large insurance companies. In order to qualify, a shop must have highly skilled technicians, a high level of customer service, state-of the art equipment, a solid reputation within the community and a history of superior overall performance. This is my second time working with Greg’s Auto Body in Santa Fe Springs. Both experiences were insurance claims. As prior, we are totally satisfied with the work done and the customer service. My first interaction was with Jeffrey over the phone and he listened to my situation and was able to help me right away! He let me know a good time to take my car in.. I took my car in and Erik was just as awesome. The customer service they provided was superb! Genuine, friendly, informative. Jeffery initiated the rental conversation and quickly called to see if I had coverage. I was picked up from there and I knew my car was in good hands. Baby girl looks like new after getting sideswiped! I was also able to drop off rental to same location my car was at. My car had a finished date of 1/2. I had already just prayed on it and accepted I'd start the new year without my car. On the 31st I got my finished phonecall! I was so happy! Thank you!!! Happy New year!

Excellent service! They did amazing work in a short amount of time. Love that they keep you fully informed throughout the process! They even had my car ready a day before the estimated time. The staff was very friendly, every single person I encountered was so nice! Also super convenient that I was able to drop off my Enterprise rental there as well! 10/10 definitely recommend them if you are in need of a shop!
