Rick in your collision department was very competent. He went to great lengths to keep my apprised with personal calls or via email of where in the process my automobile was every day. After the work was completed he personally went over the entire work completed with me. Prior to the repair Rick very carefully reviewed the cost of the work to be done with me item by item. The repairs were were completed beautifully and On Time. I could not have been more happy than I was with your collision department. I would be happy to commend Greiner Auto to anyone asking for my opinion. The entire collision department gets an A plus from me.
