While the quality of work was fine, Lithia has told me and my husband they will no longer be doing business with us (we own and operate a local office supply company). We have had a long and mutually-satisfying relationship with Greiner Motors, and we were assured Loyhia would continue to do business with local vendors. Unfortunately this proved to be untrue.

Poor service and quality of work. Lincolns always get detailed, or at least washed, whenever they are taken for service. Can go on about your lack of service but prefer your general manager contact me.
