Tracy in the collision center was amazing to work with. We had a difficult situation with the mother in law and insurance and she helped us work thru it very professionally. We were on a tight time line to leave town 2 days before it was supposed to be finished but somehow she was able to get the guys to finish early so we could get on the road in time. This kind of service is not seen much anymore and it was greatly appreciated!

The repairs to my car look amazing! You would never know that it was ever involved in an accident- my car looks as good as new! The staff at Greiner did a fantastic job communicating with me about what repairs were required and letting me know when to expect when my car’s repairs would be completed. They explained how the payment process worked with my insurance company. I would choose Greiner’s body shop again (if needed) and I will definitely recommend their body shop in the future to friends and family.
