The passenger side window does not roll down all the way and the passenger side mirror does not move when trying to adjust it with the controller on the driver’s side door. We did not notice these things until after we picked the car up.

The only complaint I can offer is the lack of communication/transparency prior to the actual repair. The repair itself went smoothly and the results are excellent.

The repair itself seems to be done decently well. The communication prior to was lacking, which was compounded by asking for comments about the repair several times, despite having already submitted our comments shortly after picking up the car. This particular survey is the 3rd one I have filled out about the very same repair. Get it together Lithia! I wish the Greiner/Schmidt families still owned Greiner's.
