First of all the manager gives me a car that is defective and while driving it it grinds the whole entire time how can I depend on a car when you guys are repairing on my car and making money makes no sense

Repairs were good, all the hail damage is gone. However my rear wipers wont work now for some reason so I’ll have to come back and get that checked.

Work in the past has been high quality from my knowledge of vehicle repairs. Just wish they had more daily loaner vehicles available so didn't need to get a ride

Unfortunately they were only able to get my vehicle in for an alignment check and not do any of the work needed for several weeks.

The service advisor was able to get a an estimate in a timely manner but stopped in a few days prior to discuss the parts that probably wore out should be under a lifetime replacement warranty and said there was nothing he would be willing to do with it and I would have to do the leg work to replace the parts and he would replace the parts with only a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty
