I am satisfied with the quality. I’m unsatisfied with the driver side mirror being replaced with a non heated one. My vehicle came equipped from the factory with heated mirrors and according to the detailed invoice, it was replaced with a non heated mirror.

I appreciate that I was always in the loop at Al times. I only called once out of anticipation. I received texts weekly informing me. Once I picked up and noticed a small flaw, pointed it out, he was on it and addressed it and had it fixed within minutes so I could still take my car home. I’m very happy with the work done.
