As I said, the work doesn’t appear to be bad. Just need to work on the pre and post checks of the car to make sure the car isn’t leaving with someone worse or something it didn’t have before entering the shop.

I brought my car into Griffin’s for repair due to a car accident. The turn around time for the repair wasn’t too long and the work seemed to be adequate. I can’t give a 10 for this reason…I did not have an issue with my car overheating before I turned it into Griffin’s. Not even three minutes after picking my car up, my car began to overheat and I was stranded on the side of the road. Luckily, I was close to a friend’s house. I reached back out to Griffin’s and my car was picked up the next day. They held onto my car for an additional 4-5 days, during which I no longer had a rental nor could I afford another one. One day my son called and lo and behold, my car was ready to be picked up that afternoon. Please note, this is not a bad review in regards to their work…my car looks and runs great now…this review focuses more so on their pre and post check system in order to make sure the car isn’t worse than when it came in.

I’ve heard good things about Griffin’s Auto Body Repair so my wife and I decided to give them a try. Wow, is all I can say!!!! My vehicle look so incredibly good. It look like it was never damaged.
