Excellent work at an excellent price! I will definitely use and recommend Gross & Sons for future needs. I travel for a living and so my schedule is pretty tight. They quoted me a time frame and price, and met both obligations perfectly. Bravo!

The issue I had was initial estimate was to be for the spoiler and to repair scratch on door. Steve took pictures of both before providing estimate therefore it was my assumption both were included in original estimate. However When I called to arrange pickup and confirming completion , Roseanne was not aware of the scratch repair and informed me only spoiler was in the estimate and I advised he took pictures of both. Roseanne then advised scratch too deep to repair and ended up being another 1854.00. That cost difference is a huge difference I had a little heart burn over that fact. But, I am happy with the repairs in the end and will still recommend Gross and Sons
