The Grossi group was helpful, courteous and did all that they promised to remedy my issue. This was my second bisit for different issues. Amazing and professional. They kept to the time lines promised and kept me updated. Well done and kudos to Grossi!

Car was suppose to be detailed in the front as ghee was glass everywhere. The vehicle was not swept and cleaned out as I still see pieces of glass. They did not lift the mats or get under the seats or along the outsides. They did not get inside the consol or by the gear shift. I doubt if they touched the back seats.

Everything was very good except the excessive text messages. One day I got 4 and another day 3. The car was delayed two days but I found all the text messages more frustrating then the delay.
