Absolutely horrible experience i have ever had with my car being fixed ever n life these are tha most unconcerned estimators I have every mate n my life 4 times my car had to go back for tha bumper no one is paying attention to what they are doing horrible customer service and horrible service. Not one person apologize for inconvenience me until tha 3rd time it was n there and it wasn't tha person who i was dealing with and tha 4th time I left it again tha manager lady Brigitte told me to take my car and bring it back later I said no I am not u gone fix it like it suppose to be fix and call me when it's done. It's still not fixed correctly. Tha whole team from tha front to tha back needs to be replaced cause when u can't treat people and there items like there yours u dont need to be working nowhere did I say horrible already that's just what I mean. I tired not to do this survey but someone needs to know how pitiful tha service and tha level of concern that goes on in this place. Ridiculous, mediocre service they have 99 cars n tha back at a time and 4 people working on them what kind of slave driven job is this sickening.
