Bridget was fantastic! She went above and beyond with customer service. When I dropped off my vehicle Joanathan went outside with me and went over the whole vehicle with me. We are extremely pleased with how we were taken care of. Also loved the text updates we received.

My representative was very rude and not attentive at all. Felt like I was on a roller coaster to get my car fixed. She always had an excuse why the car was not ready. What suppose to take 6 days turned into 20 days.

I appreciate the professionalism and the timeliness, but it's something about the overall finish of my vehicle that's lacking. It was said that the certain body part was replaced, when it clearly was not. From an angle you can see where the damage was repaired. I noticed, upon pickup, a deficit in the buffing (maybe) where it left a noticeable orange peel effect, identified it with personnel, and was given instruction to bring it back on a specified day. I did, but I can't tell that any work has been done. I don't want to complain, but I need for my vehicle to be as good as it was prior to the damage, where there was never any damage prior to this particular incident. Where was $4500 spent?
