i was given a quote by one person then anytime i requested to speak with them i was transferred to someone else. no one reached out to me the entire time yall had my car. i had to call for my own updates and only found out my car was done because i called up there myself.

My car looks brand new! Rountree Collision Center was fantastic. They handle the paperwork, so less stress for me, and they made the repairs in a timely manner. It was a pleasant surprise when I received the call to come get my car. Moreover, they cleaned it inside and out. I recommend Rountree Collision 100%.

It took longer than promise. The final bill was $900.00 more than the estimate and I was never informed of the change of price until the moment when the car was ready. Very disappointed.

It took longer than expected, but the worse was that it cost 900$ over the estimated amount, and we were not informed of the different price until the time to pay.

So, they didn’t do anything wrong as far as fixing the car. But on the estimate they said that it would be 4 days to get the vehicle fixed. So, my wife and I weren’t going to get a rental because we figured we could figure it out for that long with one vehicle and friends and family helping. Then we get an automated text message from the collision center that said it would be 13 days until our vehicle was ready. So, then we decided okay we better just get a rental. Then not even 24 hours of us having the rental we had got a call that the car was ready. So all said and done I’m very happy with the collision center getting our car in and done quickly. It was just a little frustrating figuring out how long the car would actually be there and whether or not we should get a rental. Because they went from 4 days, to 13 days to having it ready in the original frame of time they estimated.
