This is my second experience using Group 1, about 4 years ago , my previous vehicle someone did a hit and run on me and Group 1 did the repair work on that vehicle. So when my CRV was hit , I told the insurance company that I wanted Group 1 to do the repairs as I knew my Honda would be repaired the way my vehicle should and I would not have to worry about the quality of the work done. I have recommended Group 1 to a friend in the past and will continue to recommend Group 1 for their repair work and customer care.
