I tried to schedule my passenger mirror to be replaced twice and was told I’d get a call back and have not. The collision center communication was fine but the service center I’m not happy with at all.

Bad communication throughout the whole experience . Text thing on update does not work and is not accurate. My wife’s driver window came back messed up this should have been checked before it left the dealership after all they worked on drivers door on the repair . Not to happy that I have to make a 40 minute drive back over there one way and waste more of my time waiting on it to be fixed . We waited over a week for car to be repaired it should have left dealership 100%
