No one in main office to greet customers with appointments. Had to wait several minutes for anyone to come into main office. The only reason I was finally greeted was an employee going to restroom. This happened at drop off. When picked up vehicle again no one was in the main office to greet customers. Waited a few minutes before anyone came in again.

Took too long to pick up and messages about parts being returned from parts department but no body knew what was going on? Window tint was scratched when I picked it up after almost a month and will have to come back to get it fixed
