I took my suv there to get repaired for a bumper an headlight they said the grill was damaged aswell when my wife pick up the truck she told me that I will have to look at it I saw the worst paint job with bubbles all over grill was not bolted on properly light was Crack an discolored fender was scratch up an had a big space not lined up with hood took it back an got it repainted an fix grill but fender still had some scratches an was told this is the best they can do never me again I will never go back there

I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. I’m unsure how this Andy character still has a job. He is a terrible boss, all of his employees say how much they dislike him. He treats all the customers as if we are a burden to him and is always aggressive on the phone. I would rather walk to work than to have this place work on my vehicle again.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. My car has been in the hands of one of yalls “recommended” vendors for over two months. When I went to pick up the vehicle there was still an entire load of items that weren’t done correctly. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The guy “Andy” GM of the collision center yall recommended should be removed from any form of customer service. I would never in a million years take a recommendation from Travelers on a collision center ever again. Nor will I ever trust anyone outside of the dealer in which I purchased the vehicle from. This experience was one of a nightmare, I will never be using this service again.

The message I put in the first question applies to this as well. The customer service I received from travelers was absolutely awful. My claims adjuster stopped answering/returning my calls after the first couple weeks. It took me jumping through hoops just to get someone who could help me. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

Anthony Morellli the GN on charge should fell disgraced as the boss. I’ve had issue getting accessories orders I paid for on my new GMC Denali. He blamed the salesman not the service manger as she seems to tell him more and he told me more than you want to know. I was so mad I haven’t had time to send to corporate of dealers.com I buy for my company a truck almost every year for my employees I bought forever from buckalew in Conroe u til Mr Buckalew past. My daughter runs the second largest gmc dealership in Indy. After yesterday’s experience I wished I would have paid the transfer fee to have my new Denali shop from her. I used your company because my granddaughter has a GMC in corpus and issue came about the GM was very patient t with her. I came to your location from name but the second was part disrespectful for the GM.. glad you contacted me as I don’t complain much as I too am device oriented. Difference I own my mistakes of my employees and not tell a customer to stand online and wait for an answer….

Horrible GM is mad at his employees as they are quitting and wanted to tell me how good a salesman he was.. yet as a GM should have owned it in lieu of blaming and still did t my issues resolved afte 1 1/2 me standing in front of him behind his 2 comport monitors
