Vehicle was not completely fixed in the 3 weeks at the shop. Had to return it for other repairs. Did not get a call back from Advisor to let me know my truck would stay extra days. I have no vehicle and no rental.

Communication wasn’t great, I had to constantly call and ask. When I dropped the car off, I explained what I needed fixed. Was told I would get a call that same day. Did not fix all the issues I asked. I had to call back and ask to have it completed. A little more communication would be best
