Very unprofessional from day one, the woman that works the desk is very rude and not helpful. She rolls her eyes at you and her body language says it all. We had my daughters car towed there after she was in an accident. When I went up there I had some questions about the paperwork I was signing and the use of new parts because my daughters car is a 2016 Mazda 6. She was rude. Max finally walked up and was helpful and professional. That was pretty much my last in person interaction with him. During the 3 weeks the car was there Max and I spoke on the phone twice maybe. But everything seemed to run smoothly, so really no need to talk. When I went to pick the car up, back to the rude woman, I asked to see Max and she said he was not in. I asked if someone was going to go over the car with me she said I could look at it and if I see anything I could just leave and they will fix it. I have never had that kinda of experience before, I young man pulled up in my car handed me the keys and did not say a word. When I looked inside the car the seats were black with grease from people getting in and out, the front bumper that was replaced had black stuff all over that would not rub off the car had black water spots all over it along with bird poop, there was also a black scuff mark on the bottom of the bumper cover like something hit it??? Not what I was expecting, then I went in to say could I get someone out here and attitude was served again from the woman at the desk. Horrible experience would never recommend this shop to anyone. I never write bad reviews, but if you treat all customers like this, not sure how you stay in business?

My Representative Adolfo was absolutely amazing to me. He helped me greatly and genuinely cared about how I was treated by the Insurance Company. The Receptionist was also very kind and helpful to me. A big thanks to them from me.
