Max was kind and communicative throughout the whole process. However, when I got my car back, there was dirt inside the entire vehicle. (Dashboard, seats filthy with dirt, etc) My car was not turned in as such. In addition, CDs were broken when I received my car back. Whoever cleared my car out, jammed the CDs in the middle counsel and forced close the door. I did not appreciate the lack of care for my personal items as well as receiving my vehicle filthy inside.

Text message updates were delayed in getting thru to me. In fact, I recd a message yesterday confirming that I'd picked up my car that same day, when in reality I'd picked it up several days prior. Maybe server issues...other than that everything was excellent !! Thx
