Are you kidding me? My vehicle was stolen while in the care and custody of Munday and then wrecked. I can't believe you even have the nerve to send such a mindless, stupid survey out without doing some kind of check on where you are sending it. Icing on the cake, I guess, for you.

The service manager and crew went above and beyond my expectations with my car! They kept me updated daily via text which was very professional and better than a phone call in my opinion. The body shop techs were up to date on their knowledge and the shop with its equipment. I will be taking my truck to them to paint also because my experience was so good and they stand behind their work.
