Mechanics popped off rocker panel while trying to use the door while the car was jacked up; they lost a lug nut and didn’t return the other ones so I had to go back to get them; they used the car’s own jack and iron for some reason then just left them lying in the trunk.Diana was very helpful but otherwise staff seemed to just expect incompetence by the mechanics, no apologies for my having to make another trip to pick up the missing nuts or for they’re losing another one.

The mechanic was so rude and pre judged my accident car telling me he doesn't think a portion of the car damaged is related to the accident and even called my insurance to deny payment to fix that portion of the car.

The car looks great, and staff were always professional and friendly. I was told when I called the center initially that you would proactively send me updates on the status of the car. This didn’t happen and I even called the day you told me it would be complete by but it was too late for me to pick up. I had to extend my rental further. When I did pick it up, the process was smooth and easy.
